Is it really unlimited?
Yes — talk to your coach as much as you want. Like every coaching service, we have a fair-use policy: in the very rare case of extreme volume, responses may slow down for the rest of the month. You will never see a meter, and a conversation will never be cut off.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel in one click from Settings — no emails, no phone calls. You keep access through the period you paid for.
Who can read my conversations?
No one. Your coaching content is encrypted so that only you can unlock it — we couldn’t read it if we wanted to, and we never train models on it.
What happens when my free sessions run out?
Your data and your score stay yours. Upgrade whenever you’re ready and pick up exactly where you left off.
How does this compare to a human coach?
Human coaching runs $150–300 per session, and your coach isn’t there on Tuesday night when the hard conversation happens.
